I have been meaning to get this note out to you, Matt, and Sandra since we moved. I have to admit it seems like I have been "on vacation" and not as focused as I normally am. The pool beckons every day.....:o) Although a bit delayed, Dick and I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you! You did what other agents could not do, nor what we could do ourselves. When we decided to list, I wasn't very confident that we would sell. After all, we had been trying for two years. Perfect house, yes, but lousy market. I have been asked what made the difference this time. My honest answer has been "Valerie Moss and her team!". After TWO YEARS of trying, you, Matt, and Sandra sold our house in 30 days. I know our home was beautiful and staged almost perfectly...but your suggestions made it show even better. Add that to your marketing efforts - beautiful pictures and virtual tour by Matt - and listing our home on so many different websites, we were destined to sell quickly. For the first time in two years, we actually got LOTS of traffic. And with each new agent and client, Sandra was on the phone to us within 12-24 hours with positive feedback. Such attention-to-detail and follow-up seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days. I only wish we had used you two years ago.
Hilton Head here we come, thanks to you! It goes without saying how absolutely excited we are to begin a new chapter in our lives. We are grateful and very appreciative and will continue to sing your praises. By the way, I was pleased to say - although not surprised - that our former neighbor listed with you after we moved. Smart move on their part!
